Rap icon Snoop Dogg paid a visit to Niagara last week and it’s likely he will be back again soon.

On Friday, the world famous entertainer and businessman toured Tweed Farms in Niagara-on-the-Lake, the largest medical marijuana greenhouse in the world, to catch a glimpse and a whiff of some of his product currently being grown at the facility on Concession 5 Road.

Tweed Inc., part of the Canopy Growth Corporation group, is the company behind ‘Leafs by Snoop,’ which currently consists of three strains – Ocean View, Sunset and Palm Tree CBD.

Jordan Sinclair, director of communications for Tweed and one of the individuals who joined Snoop and master grower Kevin Furet on the tour, said it was a highly productive meeting and that the longtime advocate for marijuana appeared to be delighted with what he witnessed.
